Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has starred on the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999 and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also voiced by her. This series started with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who both are comedians as well as a social worker. She is part Italian. Cook first made an appearance in an advertisement for public service in foster care at the age of seven of age, and started working as a young print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and on milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
